Where can you find delicious AUTHENTIC Thai food? CHALONG THAI EATERY!!! My son & his gf discovered this hidden gem and brought me there for lunch last Sunday. Both food & service were excellent - beyond my expectations. We ordered 9 dishes, including an appetizer and desert. If I can only pick 1 dish as my favorite among the 9, it would be the fried catfish in Thai spices. I liked all the dishes we ordered. And I got to taste for the first time Chalong’s raw shrimps dish topped off with tasty but spicy Thai green sauce. I will return to Chalong for many more meals. I’ve already recommended it to my friends and families. *** Could you bring in this dish? Light red curry over thin rice noodle (vermicelli) compliment with variety of fresh vegetables, beansprouts, mints, banana blossoms, Kang Kong/ water spinach, green beans/long beans, cucumber, cabbage, yellow flowers (I can’t think of the name). I had a wonderful dining experience here. Every dish we ordered was bursting with fresh flavors and plated so beautifully. The seafood was especially impressive. I loved the way the fresh shrimp and mussels were served with bright, vibrant mint and lime slices. It is clear that a lot of care goes into the preparation of each plate. I cannot wait to come back and try more of the menu.

OMG! The TomYum soup-spicy and savory w/ jumbo shrimp💕 The Pad Thai was delicious with fresh vegetables and chicken. the Mango sticky rice was very pretty to look at while enjoying the sweet combined flavors The ROTI was warm and crispy, excellent amount of sweetness Large servings, enough to eat now and have some for later Perfect spot for a work time lunch, the chef prepares the food fresh and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff is excellent and very attentive will definitely come back and order for delivery through Uber eats or DoorDash.

I recently visited Chalong Thai Eatery in Montrose and was very impressed. The food was beautifully presented and full of authentic Thai flavors. We ordered several dishes, including the sexy shrimp, papaya salad, Seafood Salad , Spicy Garlic Udon , crispy pork with Chinese broccoli, Southern Thai Crab Curry , Grilled Cuttlefish and every dish was delicious. The papaya salad was fresh and flavorful with the perfect balance of sweet, sour, and spicy. The udon noodles had great wok flavor, and the crispy pork was crispy on the outside while staying tender inside. The crab curry was rich, creamy, and comforting. The sexy shrimp was also incredibly fresh and paired perfectly with the house sauce. The restaurant itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and the presentation. If you’re looking for authentic Thai food in Montrose, Chalong Thai Eatery is definitely worth a visit. Friendly staff, excellent food & service! The noodles are DEVINE!! I loved their rolls also! They will have you coming back for more! I can’t wait to bring all of my friends to this little hidden gem!! Check out their menu their prices for midtown might surprise you!!
